We are looking for a pragmatic, hands-on Facility Manager to take the lead at this stable 38-bed site. This isn't a role for a corporate administrator; its for a leader who enjoys being visible on-site, mentoring a clinical team, and driving day-to-day operational excellence. Your primary focus will be stabilising the workforce to reduce agency reliance and ensuring the facility is fully prepared for the new standards arriving in mid-2026.
The successful candidate will bring prior experience as a Facility Manager or Deputy within the aged care sector. You must be comfortable taking full accountability for a smaller site and possess the clinical oversight necessary to lift overall performance.
