In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking the provision of specialist mental health assessment and case management of Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 years
- Develop, monitor and evaluate clinical outcome measures, manage complex clinical issues and make recommendations on matters relating to the areas of clinical speciality.
- Participate in the multidisciplinary team review of current clients, including supporting staff in the development, monitoring and evaluation of clinical outcome measures.
- Establish effective, collaborative, and professional relationships with clients, the health care team, and other stakeholders to optimise outcomes for patients and their families.
You must have:
- CYMHS Mental Health Nursing experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Mental Health Nurse
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
