We are seeking a full-time or 4.5 days per week VR GP to join a welcoming, accredited practice in the heart of the Blue Mountains. This long-standing community practice is known for its friendly culture, supportive team, and strong patient relationships.
About the Clinic
- Accredited practice with a collaborative team culture
- Operating hours: MonFri 8:30am 5:00pm, with Saturdays 9:00am 2:00pm(rostered half-day)
- Currently 2 FTE GPs supported by 1 experienced nurse (4 days/week)
- Patient demographic: predominantly elderly and retired, with strong continuity of care
- New GPs can expect to be fully booked within 23 weeks
- Uses Pracsoft/Medical Director software
- Located in a DPA/MM1 area
Whats on Offer
- 70% of billings
- 75% of billings for FRACGP
- Guaranteed hourly rate of $180 p/h for the first 3 months(though patient demand is already strong)
- Relocation allowance of up to $10k available
- No nursing home or on-call requirements
