Locum VR GP - Aboriginal Health and Regional/Remote Setting
Location: Broken Hill, NSW
Salary: $1600 per day

We are seeking an experienced Locum VR GP for a clinic-only role in a welcoming community in Broken Hill. This opportunity is ideal for a GP with experience working in Aboriginal health and/or regional/remote settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general medical services in a GP clinic.
- Work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM(no on-call, after-hours, or weekend work).
- Occasionally make home visits to patients, supported by an Aboriginal Health Practitioner or a Registered Nurse. A medical bag will be provided for these visits.
Available Locum Dates:
- Monbday 24 November - Friday 5 December 2025
- Monday 8 December - Friday 19 December 2025
- Monday 8 December - Tuesday 23 December 2025

What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $1600 per day.
- Accommodation: Fully furnished, with cooking facilities, located just 7 km from the clinic.
- Travel: Flights to and from Broken Hill covered.
- Transport: A car will be provided for local travel and pick-up at the airport.
Travel and Logistical Information:
- The GP is required to work the full contracted hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.
- The GP must arrive on the Saturday or Sunday before their start date and fly home on the Saturday or Sunday after their final Friday shift, which ends at 5:00 PM.
Requirements:
- FRACGP General Practitioner.
- Experience in Aboriginal health and/or regional/remote healthcare settings is preferred.
