Are you an experienced Infectious Disease Physician with availability for locum work this month? Verus People is seeking a locum doctor to start ASAP at Launceston General Hospital.
As Tasmanias second largest hospital, it supports a population of around 250,000. The hospital has strong teaching and research links with the University of Tasmania and offers a collaborative clinical environment.
The Role
- Provide outpatient consultations and offer specialist advice to inpatient units, including twice-weekly critical care ID rounds.
- Work within a supportive team with registrar assistance.

- $2,500 per day (paid via ABN)
- Return ravel and accommodation provided.
