Were currently seeking experienced Perioperative Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team at a modern, private hospital in a vibrant regional town. About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse in the Perioperative Unit, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing patients and operating theatres for surgical procedures
- Supporting surgeons and anesthetists during operations
- Monitoring and maintaining patient safety and well-being at all times
- Post Graduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing (desirable)
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience e in a perioperative setting
- Current AHPRA registration
- A valid National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Up-to-date immunisations as per health requirements
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations
