Your Advanced Impact
Expert Acute Assessment: Perform rapid, accurate triage and advanced clinical assessments for complex medical and trauma presentations.
Clinical Leadership: Act as a clinical resource on the floor,
assisting with shift coordination, mentoring junior nurses, and supporting graduate programs. Resuscitation & High-Acuity: Deliver precise, rapid-response interventions in the resuscitation bays, working closely with emergency physicians.
Quality & Safety Care: Drive departmental adherence to national safety standards, clinical documentation protocols, and evidence-based emergency workflows.
The Specialized Profile
Academic Credentials: A completed Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma, or Masters degree in Emergency Nursing (or Emergency/Critical Care Nursing equivalent).
Professional Standing: Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Emergency Track Record: Minimum 23 years of recent, dedicated experience within a busy, acute hospital Emergency Department.
Advanced Capabilities: Proven competence in advanced life support (ALS), complex triage, and immediate crisis management.
