About the Role
You will work across a wide range of outpatient and emergency presentations, from minor procedures to high-acuity triage (Categories 1 & 2). Our team values a safe RN-to-EN ratio, and we actively support early-career nurses with appropriate supervision and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care across outpatient and emergency settings
- Conduct triage, including Category 1 and 2 presentations
- Assist with wound care, injections, and basic procedures
- Respond to emergency situations with a calm, skilled approach
- Engage in regular on-the-job training and development
What Youll Need
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- Previous ED experience (preferred but not essential)
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) training preferred but training will be provided
- A team-oriented approach with a strong patient-care focus
- Willingness to live and work in a regional community
