The Dual-Skill Checklist
AHPRA Credentials: Current, unrestricted dual registration as both a Registered Nurse and a Registered Midwife with AHPRA.
Clinical Agility: Minimum 1224 months of recent experience working in an acute hospital setting, seamlessly transitioning between midwifery and nursing duties.
Advanced Competency: Strong fundamental skills in fetal monitoring/CTG interpretation, neonatal care, and general acute clinical protocols.
Resilient Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a calm, flexible approach to managing a diverse and changing clinical workload.
