The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready for a rewarding rural experience? We are seeking a Senior RN with competencies in ALS, Emergency & Triage or ETS, to join our dedicated team at Gnowangerup Hospital. In this role you will:
- Provide clinical leadership and high-level nursing care across ED, Acute Care and Aged Care
- Participate on a rotating roster covering all shifts (day, evening, night)
- Undertake night duty shifts under a 7 on / 7 off schedule during the period 27/10/25 30/11/25
- Be available for on-call duties as required
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care

Key Selection Criteria & Requirements
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Senior RN experience including Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- Competency or certification in Emergency & Triage (ED / ETS)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, especially in a rural hospital setting
- Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills
- Willingness to rotate through all clinical areas (ED, Acute, Aged Care)
- Flexibility to work night shifts and participate in on-call roster
