Whether your expertise lies in navigating the fast-paced coordination of Scrub Scout roles, delivering exceptional post-anaesthetic care in PACU/Recovery, or managing smooth admissions and discharges in the Day Surgery Unit (DSU), we want to hear from you.
This facility handles a diverse clinical caseload, offering you the chance to maintain broad clinical skills or specialise further, all while working alongside a highly supportive and collaborative team of specialist surgeons and anaesthetists.
Available Specialties
- Scrub / Scout: Across various surgical specialties including orthopaedics, general, gynaecology, and ophthalmic surgery.
- PACU / Recovery: Providing critical post-operative monitoring and high-quality patient care.
- Day Surgery Unit (DSU): Managing the patient journey from pre-admission workups through to safe post-operative discharge.
Key Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 1224 months of recent experience working in an acute hospital Theatre, PACU, or DSU environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient safety and exceptional clinical outcomes.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to adapt to a bustling, dynamic department.
