We have opportunities available for experienced Acute & Aged Care Registered Nurses across Western NSW, with rural contract opportunities currently available in Forbes and Lightning Ridge.
Contracts are available with a mixture of ASAP and upcoming starts and are generally 6-12 weeks in length.
About the Roles
We're looking for experienced Registered Nurses who are confident working across both acute hospital and aged care hospital settings within rural healthcare environments.
These roles require nurses with a broad clinical skill set who are comfortable managing acute presentations while also providing high-quality care to aged care residents.
To be considered for these positions, you must have recent experience in both an acute hospital setting and aged care hospital settings.
To be considered, you must have:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate nursing experience
- Recent acute hospital nursing experience
- Recent aged care hospital nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Experience managing a varied patient and resident workload
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Confidence working within a rural healthcare environment
