About:
We have vacancies in child & youth mental health teams across Western Australia, locations including: Kununurra, Port Hedland, Carnarvon etc. These roles can be filled by a registered nurse, social worker, psychologist or occupational therapist. Typically these vacancies are 12 weeks long, and travel/accommodation will be fully provided for duration of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial, developmental, and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement care/treatment plans in collaboration with young people, families, and carers.
- Provide crisis intervention, risk management, and safety planning when required.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with organisational and professional standards.
About You
- Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA or AASW registration).
- Experience working in child and youth mental health or related clinical settings.
