We have community mental health vacancies across South Australia, locations including: Mount Gambier, Port Augusta, Port Pirie, Berri, Whyalla, Port Lincoln. These roles would be in the intake or case management teams and would be for 12 weeks, with travel and accommodation covered!
Key Responsibilities
Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, including risk and safety planning.
Provide evidence-based nursing interventions, psychoeducation, and support to clients and carers.
Coordinate care across multiple services, ensuring continuity of support
Administer and monitor medications
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
About You
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing in a community setting.
