About:
We have community mental health vacancies across Western Australia, locations including: Bunbury, Geraldton, Port Hedland, Derby, Kununurra etc. These roles would be in the triage & case management teams and would be for 12 weeks, with travel and accommodation covered!
Key Responsibilities
Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, including risk and safety planning.
Provide evidence-based nursing interventions, psychoeducation, and support to clients and carers.
Coordinate care across multiple services, ensuring continuity of support
Administer and monitor medications
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
About You
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing in a community setting.
